1. Definitions

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances may be subject to dormancy fees after 12 months of inactivity. You remain responsible for all transactions completed before account closure.

11.2 Termination by olg77

olg77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You are found to have multiple accounts
